                                                              Banking counts among the sectors to have benefited

                                                              process. Banks, both local and foreign, are very much
                                                              on board, as are non-bank players like fintech
                                                              providers, while many customers have discovered the
                                                              convenience that comes with not only buying and pay-
                                                              ing for goods online but also taking care of their fi-
                                                              nances with just a few key strokes. Issues remain, but
                                                              there’s no question that banking is being transformed.
